What are the factors you need to consider in creating an ICT Project? In creating an ICT Project , the factors that I considered are content , design and value . Content like thinking about on how the user can contribute to the website and this is by making guidelines on user participation to the website , a mission statement where I need to think of an appropriate tagline of my website, and sections where I think of what to include in my website like registration form , etc. Next is in Design, I should consider the platform and I can add multimedia content.
