What are the factors you need to consider in creating an ICT Project?       In creating an ICT Project , the factors that I considered are content , design and value . Content like thinking about on how the user can contribute to the website and this is by making guidelines on user participation to the website , a mission statement where I need to think of an appropriate tagline of my website, and sections where I think of what to include in my website like registration form , etc. Next is in Design, I should consider the platform and I can add multimedia content.     Hanzo is one of the heroes in  mobile legends bang bang. This hero is one of my favorite because of his wonderful skills that gives happiness while playing . Why I Love Playing MLBB?   Playing MLBB removes my stress .The game gives you a bunch of heroes very quickly and lets you dabble with them to find a play style and hero you like. There is a lot of opportunity to earn points to get new heroes and gain other in-game add-ons.          The characters are a lot of fun to play. They look great and have a lot of personality in aesthetics as well as actually hero abilities. There is a quickly expanding roster of heroes that for all types of heroes: tank, fighter, assassin, mage, marksman and support. The game looks great and never feels cluttered in matches.
